Electrical design is the process of arrangement of electrical equipment, such as electrical components, schematics diagram, lighting equipment, power systems, and telecommunications infrastructure.

Electrical design layout represents the visual and drawn description of buildings circuits and electrical properties named as wiring diagram or electrical drawing. It includes lines and symbols in a layout that represents the electrical system of the property.

With the growing technology the consumption of electricity is rising highly. In city area, the haphazard construction of structures has left zero faces to most of the open lands which has also increased the consumption rate of electricity. Having daylights inside the rooms is being rare case now-a-days which directly influence the importance of electricity. Also, being a Nepali, we have lots of festival to celebrate throughout the years like Dashain, Tihar and so on.

We believe that these festivals can be called as Festival of Lights specially Tihar. Since, compromising in electrical work can cause great loss in living standard of people. So, we always go through the proper planning and well-designed electrical works.

Sanitary design represents the piping system. It is used for indicating height of water fixtures, laying out water distribution system and indicating location of fitting fixtures.

Sanitation is not only forming the toilets and bathrooms. It is directly related to health of people, cleanliness and purity of home. In ancient days, elders were strictly against building toilet inside the buildings, many take it as superstitious beliefs but we take it as positive thoughts. The leakage from pipes, bad odors and improper management of toilets and bathrooms is not acceptable. Therefore, Importance of attention to sanitary and plumbing works is similar to that of structural works. Once there comes fault in sanitary and plumbing work, it will be problematic for years, so we always provide great care and proper attention in the works like Pipe connections and its slope, water tight chambers, flow degree of wastages, suction pressures and so on. We even go through VAASTU for the placement of Toilets, Bathrooms, Ducts, Manhole, Septic Tanks and etc.
